Liv Morte
As if you have a choice
NAME: Olivia "Liv" Morte
AGE: 19
GENDER: female
DESCRIPTION:
Liv is a pretty small girl. She not at all tall, and she seems rather frail, but don't ever assume she's as delicate as a flower because she'd be soon to correct you. Though she's quite petit, her presence is much more overwhelming. Her complexion is generally and naturally pale unless she purposely sets out to tan (which she doesn't do often). Somehow her skin doesn't take well to the sun and it takes a while for her to get an average tan. Liv doesn't mind though because she's not extremely concerned with her appearance.
Liv has vivid, deep, blue eyes that are often giving off peircing and merciless stares that could probably make anyone decide to take a different route to wherever they're going... Her eyes are often the providers of cold stares but behind them lies a girl with a broken heart and tough exterior to hide it. Liv has her mothers eyes. While the rest of her siblings all have brown eyes like Liv's father, she somehow got her mothers blue eyes. She has soft facial features. Her hair is naturally brown like fathers and the rest of her siblings. Her hair is about a little longer than shoulder length.
Liv normally dresses in anything she's comfortable in. She doesn't have a particular style and she basically wears everything from brand name, to vintage, to anything she can throw together in her closet. She normally puts comfort before style but when she's dressing to impress, or make a statement its style all the way. She likes clothing that'll compliment her body figure which is difficult to find because all in all she has a pretty average body. No special curves, no incredibly fit physique, just plain average. It doesn't bother her all that much because she doesn't like to think about what she looks like too often. Liv is a firm believer in personality over appearance, however, sometimes (like everyone) she can't help but pin pointing her own flaws.
Liv doesn't have any tatoos or piercings. Not even her ears. When she was a little girl she didn't really find much of an interest in jewellery so she didn't really have a desire to ask to get her ears peirced. She's open to new things and finds tatoos to be appealing, but she doesn't really care to get one. She thinks its pretty cool when other people have them when it looks good on them but she doesn't mind that she doesn't have one herself.
PERSONALITY:
Liv Morte is fiesty and difficult. She can be quirky and fun around her friends but with anyone she doesn't know or isn't comfortable with, she tends to put up a sort of hypothetical barrier that makes her come across as mean and merciless. Liv is a bit of a wild child but she doesn't want to hear about people's opinions on her. She just lives her life to the fullest and doesn't worry about embarassing herself or getting any disaproving stares. Liv likes to live life on the edge, taking part in sports such as surfing and rock climbing.
A lot of people tend to describe Liv as bitchy or 'in your face' because she says exactly what's on her mind without a second thought and she can be brutally honest. However, on the otherhand anyone who is close to her would know that she would always have a friend's back and would never abandon them. Trust is a huge issue with Liv. She'll take care of you like a sibling but if you break her trust it's almost impossible to get her to forgive and forgetten. She can hold a grudge forever and not feel the least bit bad about.
Liv is also a huge flirt. She's never had a stable boyfriend for very long because she gets bored easily and tends move on to the next one... at least that's what she tells people. Liv is afraid to let people truly get close to her and when a relationship gets serious or starts to have more depth, she breaks it off. She can't handle having people knowing about her thoughts and feelings. Perhaps she just has to find the right guy that'll get her to open up and stop being so afraid to let other people really get to know her.
Liv tends to make herself out to be a bitch only because... well, she's a bitch. She wouldn't be cruel with her friends but anyone outside of her group of friends would have to deal with one really good hell-raiser. Liv doesn't have much sympathy for people who get on her bad side, and she also knows how to pull an ultimate act of revenge on any poor soul that messes with her or anyone important to her. While Liv has a seemingly tough exterior, she's truly a marshmellow on the inside but she'd never let anyone see that side of her. After her mother's death she started to become a different person. She wasn't so kind to those that made her mad and she was a lot more out of line than she had ever been before.
Liv probably has more enemies than friends but she also believes that you should keep your friends close and your enemies closer. Her outlook on life is very black and white. She doesn't believe in God, she doesn't have a religion and she thinks that an eye for an eye and tooth for a tooth is as accurate as it gets. Although that is what she believes, she doesn't direspect anyone else's beliefs and she thinks that everyone is entitled to their own opinions and thoughts.
HISTORY:
Liv Morte grew up in a small town in New Zealand with her massive family. Liv is the youngest of five siblings. She has four older brothers, two of which are twins. Growing up, Liv had always been picked on by her brothers, just any other kid would with a lot of older siblings. I guess you could say it toughened Liv up and made her so confident when picking on others. Despite having four older brothers, Liv never really liked sports. She was always difficult to have around. She was a ball hog, and a disruption when she wouldn't follow strategies and she would do things her own way. All of her brothers were quite good at sports but Liv never really found an interest in them.
Both of Liv's parents were extremely supportive of their children and Liv had a very stable and positive homelife. She wasn't spoiled and she didn't get everything she wanted seeing as she had a large family but her parents loved all their kids a lot. Liv's father James owned a chain of restaurants and her mother Helena worked as a chef in the restaurants. Her parents were like a perfect team, until the day Liv's life turned upside down. Helena was diagnosed with breast cancer and died by the time Liv was twelve.
The loss was terrible for the family. Everything that proceeded the death of Liv's mother was a complete disaster. Her brothers all struggled to stay in school but instead of going to college they barely graduated and went straight to working for James' business. Eventually however, James' restaurant business caved after his incapability to hold things together without his wife. The entire family was jobless and depressed and it seemed like things would never get better. After a couple of years, James restarted the business and slowly their family started to get back on their feet. Luckily, the family business did unexpectedly well after it reopened and James decided he wanted to use the sudden income to send Liv off to live a better life where she wouldn't be stuck in the shadow of her mother's death. Now Liv has 'gotten over' her mothers death but has done so by turning in to the cold hard person that she is today, at the expense of everyone else. Her family is doing well now, and is starting to become functional again. Liv hides a lot of the feelings that she has inside about what had happened but she doesn't even share those feelings with her own family. Living in a new town seemed like a great idea for Liv. She'd be far away from home and could get away with anything. Her father has high hopes for his daughter, but little does her know that she's become a regular shit disturber and quite the handful. However, regardless of what happened to her mother, it seems as if Liv was destined for this attitude since day one.

A small blonde haired girl entered the cafeteria with both hands on her hips. Vivid blue-green eyes stared around for a place to sit, but unfortunately the cafeteria was extremely full and the only available spots were near people Evangeline Mort did not plan on socializing with. Oh well, it really wasn't that big of deal. If there was no room for her to sit, she'd make room.
Evan waltzed to the cafeteria line and picked up a tray. She impatiently waited for her food while drumming her fingers on the plastic tray in annoyance. Once the cafeteria server placed her desired order on her tray she refused to say thank you and proceeded down the line to pay. Someone in front of her was fumbling for their change and she rolled her eyes. "Today would be a great time," she said with blunt sarcasm in her tone. The student who was in front of her glanced at her for a moment and saw a stare that could turn a person to stone (not literally of course). They hurried up and then continued out of the line. She offered a wide and faked smile in appreciation as they left to find a seat in the crowds of people.
Evan payed for her food and then examined the crowds. Thanks to the slow moving cafeteria line, there were now even less places to sit. She just shrugged and walked around until she found a table she fancied. This particular one was by the window so she'd get a nice breeze. Only problem was that it was occupied with four freshman. A cruel smirk settled on Evan's gentle features as she strolled casually over to the table and placed her tray down on it. As the four freshman girls looked up, one of them left just out of intimidation but the rest weren't so easily swayed.
"Move it freshman," was all that same out of Evan's mouth. Another girl left. Hm, two down, two to go. "Or else..." she added for effect, but then decided that that was kind of cheesy. Oh well. "Or else what?" one freshman snapped back at her. "Or else I'll kick your asses," Evan replied matter-of-factly. "You and what army?" the other retorted. Evan waved her fingers in front of the girls face then clenched her hand in to a fist. "Me and this army," she said, sending her infamous glare. The girls both scoffed then lazily stood up and left. Evan took a seat at the now empty table contently, and started on her salad with a bright smile.
