The Grant Mansion A beautiful six bedroom, five bath home belonging to a rather handsome fellow. This lovely homeis located right on the beach, and its outside look is amazing. There's only one person living in that house but its used all the time. There's an eat-in kitchen, a large fancy living room, a family room, a game room, a formal dining room, a wrap around deck, large bedrooms, and a finished basement. This house is made for any single man ready to find his future wife or something along those lines. Also living with Theo is his two canines, who are used as guard dogs, well not really because they just look so mean and nasty when really they are love bugs. Anyone is welcome here at Theo's because he loves company.

The Toyama Estate Nothing to big. A small two bedroom house with a small back garden and a field behind it where two of her own horses can graze. This house is as small as a big bungalow except is has an upstairs floor. The front of the house is green with flowers at the sides where her property ends and the next starts and a small willow tree stands in the middle of a small grassy area on the right side of the tiles area for her car.

The Page Estates 8 bedroom, 9 1/2 bathrooms. Simply massive with a lot of ridiculous rooms. There are basic rooms like the library room, and kitchen, and then there is the ball room, which is like the ball area at Chuckie Cheese, then there's the indoor basketball court, and pool. There's a darkroom, a room for laser tag, a movie theater, bowling alley, bar area, an arcade. Adam's uncle was a weird man that enjoyed many quirky things. What do you expect from someone who started a toy company.
