The Grant Mansion

A beautiful six bedroom, five bath home belonging to a rather handsome fellow. This lovely homeis located right on the beach, and its outside look is amazing. There's only one person living in that house but its used all the time. There's an eat-in kitchen, a large fancy living room, a family room, a game room, a formal dining room, a wrap around deck, large bedrooms, and a finished basement. This house is made for any single man ready to find his future wife or something along those lines. Also living with Theo is his two canines, who are used as guard dogs, well not really because they just look so mean and nasty when really they are love bugs. Anyone is welcome here at Theo's because he loves company.
